James Chen
Founder & Lead Designer
Over 20 years of high-end residential renovation. Founded the studio with a vision to bring architectural precision to every home.
The Studio
Designers, builders, and craftspeople united by a shared belief that every space has the potential to be extraordinary. We have spent sixteen years proving it, one room at a time.
Our Story
We started in 2010 with a simple idea. Renovation should be an experience, not an ordeal. Too many homeowners dreaded the process, and we set out to change that.
Starting as a two-person operation specializing in custom cabinetry, we grew by earning trust one project at a time. Today, we are a full-service renovation studio with a millwork shop, an in-house design team, and a client list that comes from referrals.
Every project we take on is personal. We treat your home like our own, because we understand we are not just renovating rooms. We are shaping the spaces where life happens.
What Drives Us
Four principles
01
We never cut corners. From the materials we source to the techniques we use, quality is the foundation of everything we build.
02
Open communication, honest timelines, and no hidden costs. We build trust the same way we build homes. One solid step at a time.
03
Your vision drives every decision. We listen carefully, collaborate openly, and deliver spaces that reflect who you actually are.
04
We stay ahead of materials, techniques, and design without chasing trends. Every project benefits from continuous improvement.
